We specialize in the manufacture
of special carbide or HSS cutting
tools to customer drawings or to
suit component drawings supplied
by our customers.

These range from standard forms in
non-standard sizes to complex profiles for
highly specialized applications. Made from solid
high grain carbide or HSS materials there is an
excellent chance that we will be able to solve
your tooling problems.

Special counterbore or countersink
drills to customer requirements. We
modify standard drills or
manufacture from new using various
popular geometries.

We can supply carbide inserts from a wide
variety of manufacturers in either a standard
form or modified to your specification. This can
include special forms as well as a range of
coatings to suit all requirements.

As well as manufacturing a range of tools we also offer CNC regrinding of all types of
tooling to the highest standards. This extends the life of your tools and is a very cost
effective way to get the maximum usage from expensive tooling.

When tools are received for reconditioning they are sorted and 100% checked for condition. If the tool is
passed to be economically acceptable it is reground to original geometry, inspected and then either coated
in protective wax or packaged in plastic sleeving ready for dispatch.
REMEMBER - QUALITY REGROUND TOOLS ARE ONLY A FRACTION OF THE COST OF REPLACEMENT - IT MAKES
ECONOMIC SENSE.

Any coatings that have been applied to original tools can be re-applied after regrinding. If the coating is not
readily available an equivalent can be used upon approval
